Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. One reseller is available for this contract.

Category A2 warranty information can be found online at www.samsung.com/business – hover over Products, hover over Printers and Copiers, click All Printers and Copiers, search for the product, select the product and scroll to the bottom of the page, click Get Product Support and the policy will appear for the product under the product information.
There is no warranty on consumable items and materials, i.e. paper, chemicals (such as developer, toners, et cetera), or waste toner cases. Warranties shall be void and of no force and effect if items are damaged as a result of (i) neglect, alteration, electric current fluctuation or accident, (ii) improper use, including failure to follow operating, maintenance and environmental conditions as outlined in the item's instruction manual (iii) installation or repair by a non-qualified Samsung service representative, (iv) use of supplies or parts which damage the items or cause abnormally frequent service calls or service problems. Warranties will not extend to any item on which the original identification marks or serial numbers have been defaced, removed, or altered. After the warranty period, all adjustments, removal of paper jams, cleaning and consumable parts will be charged to the customer as an Open Market item.
Category B2 and C2 warranty information will be subject to the terms of DIR Contract DIR-TSO-3280.

Certain items such as software, special orders including distribution orders, refurbished equipment and discontinued products are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. Returns, if possible, are subject to current manufacturer's policies and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in advance of the return and within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. The items being returned must be in new condition (unused) and should be returned in the original shipping container, whenever possible. If a returned item is not defective, ImageNet reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee. Any item that is returned without prior written approval from ImageNet and not in new condition with all parts, packing materials, seals and documentation intact will be rejected by the receiving warehouse. If the customer receives a defective item, at ImageNet's option, ImageNet will either (i) repair the item at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (ii) exchange the item with a similar or same product that is new or which has been remanufactured to new, or (iii) refund the purchase price of the item. A replacement item assumes the remaining warranty of the original item or ninety (90) days, whichever provides a longer coverage.
For unopened and not activated software licensing, there is no charge within 30 days. After 30 days but less than 120 days from the date of purchase, there is a 15% restocking fee that will be credited after Laserfiche receives a letter of confirmation the software was not activated. After 120 days, there is no returning the product or price credits.
There is no product returns for activated software. However, license upgrades can be made for all activated licenses within Laserfiche upgrade policies.
